Katrina J. Atchley Arbogast, a native of Sevierville, Tennessee, practices in the firm’s Business Practice Group.

Ms. Atchley Arbogast graduated cum laude from Maryville College where she received Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Environmental Studies. While at Maryville College, she was awarded the Presidential Scholarship and Outstanding Senior Thesis Award. Additionally, Ms. Atchley Arbogast held numerous leadership positions, most notably president of her graduating class and coordinator of the Maryville College Student Literacy Corps’ Blount County Justice Center Adult Education Program.

After receiving her undergraduate degree, Ms. Atchley Arbogast earned her law degree from Syracuse University College of Law. While at Syracuse University, she was awarded a graduate research assistantship in environmental law and was actively involved in the school’s trial practice and externship programs.

Ms. Atchley Arbogast is currently an active member of the Tennessee Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Division where she has served as the Children’s Issues Committee Chair since 2009 and is a member of several professional and community organizations. She is presently a member of the Sevier County, Knoxville and American Bar Associations. Ms. Atchley Arbogast is President-Elect of the Knoxville Barristers, the young lawyer division of the Knoxville Bar Association, and will serve as President for the 2012-2013 bar year. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the East Tennessee Kidney Foundation and is also an auxiliary volunteer with the University of Tennessee Medical Center.
